Regulation on Associations and organizations operating in Turkey

The purpose of this Regulation; is to regulate the procedures and principles to which associations, non-profit organizations, and foundations within the scope of this Regulation will be subject.

The scope of this Regulation; is from the establishment of associations and NGOs along with their branches and representations in Turkey until liquidation and closure.
